Third party websites to which links are given on Website/App are not governed by these Terms and conditions and all such third-party websites are governed by their own terms and conditions for use and privacy policy, and in case of conflict the terms and conditions of the third-party website shall prevail. The Company does not in any manner whatsoever authenticate, endorse, verify or certify these third-party websites or any contents therein. Please note that a user shall click on links to third party websites at his / her sole risk and responsibility.

Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that in no case, Vadhuvarseva.com shall be held responsible for any misrepresentation made by its other members.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that Vadhuvarseva.com has not done any verification before uploading the information provided by its other members and the customer is expected to verify the contents and credentials of the prospects like family background, annual income, degree, educational background, character, occupation, health status, marital status, location etc.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that they shall provide their latest photograph for better results. The customer agrees and acknowledges that photographs of third parties shall not be uploaded in any case

The customer agrees &acknowledges that the purpose of registration with Vadhuvarseva.com is to find matrimonial prospect only and nothing else.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that the profile of the member will be deleted after completion of the membership period (unless the member chooses to renew) or after marriage of that member is fixed, whichever is earlier.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that the member shall try to find marriage proposal for the registered member only and not for any third person. In case any discrepancy found, Vadhuvarseva.com shall take any action including terminating the membership of such member, with immediate effect.

8) No Guarantee Matchmaking:

Vadhuvarseva.commatrimony doesn't assure that the registered users whether free/paid, will be able to find their match of interest. Vadhuvarseva.comis only an online platform to help you in your partner search. We do not offer guarantee matchmaking services and the availability of matching profiles within a community.

9) Mode of payment/Fees:

We accept your payments through secured and trusted Payment Gateways. We don't support any other payment mode currently. Payment Gateways protect your Payment Card details or Net Banking details by encrypting sensitive information, such as credit / Debit card numbers, to ensure that information is passed securely between the customer and the merchant and also between merchant and the payment processor.

Currently we accept only online payment mode and we don’t accept payment in any other form like any cash/DD/check etc. and will update on our website when we do any changes in payment mode.We never demand any additional money/fess/gift etc through call/message/email etc so if anyone demand money please don’t trust on this type of demand and don’t send or give the money/fees and in case if you do then we Vadhuvarseva.com will not be responsible.

10) Member Disputes (Disputes between Members):

The Members are solely responsible for interactions at Vadhuvarseva.com, hence Vadhuvarseva.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any interactions or transactions (in cash, as money transfer, in kind as gifts etc.) between the Members. Vadhuvarseva.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between Members.

Vadhuvarseva.com will not be party to any legal proceedings between member and any other registered or free/paidmember for any transactions through the site. Vadhuvarseva.com will always abide by governing / legal authorities order and cooperate fully through the process, but the costs of the same shall be recovered from the party that has implicated Vadhuvarseva.com in such case.

Vadhuvarseva.com strongly advises the members against providing your financial information (for example, your credit/debit card or bank account information), or send moneyto other Members. If any Member asks for personal or financial favours like lending a loan, sending some money, deposit of funds on their behalf or even transportation or collection of some goods/gift, it is advised that you stopthe communication with the member and report the case to Vadhuvarseva.com to support you in the investigation subject to available evidence however it cannot be held liable for any damage or loss so caused due to this fraudulent transaction.

11) Proprietary Rights in Content on Vadhuvarseva.com:

12) Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:

The customer registered with Vadhuvarseva.comand availing any of the services of Vadhuvarseva.comincluding website/app is deemed to have entered within the territorial jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India only.

The customer acknowledges and accept unconditionally that in case of any dispute, differences, they shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India and shall have exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate court of law in Pune, Maharashtra, India only.

13) Copyright Policy:
