Payments for the various services offered by Vadhuvarseva.com shall be on a 100% advance basis. All the payments for the services once paid will be non-refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. By using our services and making payment to Vadhuvarseva.com on the website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these payment terms & refund hereinafter referred to as Payment Policy. Please read the Payment Policy carefully. All the payments will be handled as per this Payment Policy.

Once subscribed, the payment made by the member for paid service is not refundable and no claim for refund would be entertained.

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our site. Vadhuvarseva.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees and your consent or consultation.

Once an order is placed it cannot be  cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately. Your personal preferences changed over time, and cannot serve as a reason for a refund.

Currently, we are only accepting online payment mode and no other option like cash, DD, Cheque Etc. so if you made any payment apart from an online transaction then Vadhuvarseva.com is not responsible if any fraud payment happens in that case no claim for refund would be entertained.

As long as you use the site or remain to be a member at the site, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions that have been provided in your folder. Vadhuvarseva.com may terminate your access to the site or your membership at any time, for any reason effective upon sending a notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Vadhuvarseva.com. If Vadhuvarseva.com terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees.

You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the service, or transmit to other members. You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other members or Us or Our employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will not include in Your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and You will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information, you will not post any misleading or promotes illegal activities. We reserve the right, but We have no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions outlined in this section and, to the extent that We determine, in Our sole discretion, to do so, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription payments that We have received from you.

Our customer service employees are here to make your online experience enjoyable by providing assistance and guidance to you. When speaking to our customer service employees on the phone or communicating with them by any other means, you undertake not to be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, or racially offensive. Should any of Our customer service employees feel, at any given point, threatened or offended by Your conduct, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership and you shall not be entitled to the refund of any subscription payments we have received from you.

Vadhuvarseva.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Vadhuvarseva.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the content you post on the site. If you fail to produce or provide such evidence to the satisfaction of Vadhuvarseva.com, Vadhuvarseva.com may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate your membership without a refund.
